1. Scope of services
The website provides product and technical information, accounts, community discussions, software and document downloads, an online assistant, enquiries, trials and other support channels. Specific services, availability by region, eligibility, duration and fees are governed by the relevant pages, orders, licence agreements or other documents separately signed by both parties.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide true, accurate and complete information, safeguard your account credentials and take responsibility for actions performed under your account. Contact us immediately if you discover unauthorised use or security risks. Accounts must not be transferred, rented or sold, and bulk registration through automation or circumvention is prohibited.
3. Rules of use
You must not use the services to commit unlawful or criminal acts, infringe the lawful rights and interests of others, distribute malicious code, attack or bypass security measures, interfere with service operation, unlawfully scrape data, or upload confidential, infringing, false or other unlawful or harmful content. We may, in accordance with the law, restrict the display of or delete violating content, suspend functions or terminate accounts, preserve evidence and cooperate with competent authorities.
4. User content
You retain rights in your lawful original content and warrant that you hold all rights necessary to publish and authorise its use. To display, store, distribute, review and maintain content you voluntarily make public or submit, you grant us a necessary, non-exclusive licence within the scope of the services. Deleting content does not affect prior lawful use, retention in backups or legal obligations.
5. Software, documents and downloads
Use of software, models, plugins, examples, documents and updates is also subject to the applicable licence agreements. Without express written permission, you must not copy, resell, rent, reverse engineer, remove rights notices or infringe third-party rights beyond the scope of the licence. Before downloading, check system requirements, versions and the scope of authorisation, and back up your data.
6. Community and intelligent functions
Community content and outputs of intelligent functions are primarily for discussion and supporting reference. They do not constitute quality commitments, engineering acceptance conclusions or professional legal, medical or investment advice. You must independently verify technical parameters, code, algorithm outputs and deployment security in your actual environment and remain responsible for your final decisions.
7. Applications and contact
Submitting an enquiry, trial, conversion or other application does not mean automatic approval or formation of a final transaction. We may review applications based on eligibility, resources, security, compliance and duplicate submissions. Specific rights and obligations are governed by confirmation emails, orders, licences or contracts.
8. Service changes and limits of liability
We will reasonably maintain the services, but they may be interrupted or adjusted due to upgrades, networks, third-party services, force majeure or compliance requirements. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or loss-of-profit damages not caused by intent or gross negligence. This clause does not exclude liabilities that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
9. Updates and disputes
We will update these terms when necessary and provide reasonable notice of material changes. Disputes should first be resolved through amicable consultation. If consultation fails, the laws of the People’s Republic of China apply and the dispute shall be submitted to a people’s court with jurisdiction at the operator’s domicile. Consumers’ statutory rights concerning jurisdiction remain unaffected.
If you have questions, comments or requests concerning your rights, please email service@insnex.com. We will verify your identity and handle your request in accordance with the law.
